My approach blends multicultural and holistic techniques with evidence-based practices, always considering the impact of biological, psychological, and social factors on your life. I specialize in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to build psychological flexibility, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to strengthen emotional regulation and coping skills, and values-based work to help you connect with what matters most as you navigate life’s challenges and transitions.
My experience in trauma advocacy, and multicultural counseling, I support adults from marginalized communities including ENM, LGBTQIA+, and indigenous individuals through life transitions, identity exploration, anxiety, relationships, and trauma recovery. My current training in Career Counseling also supports working professionals wanting career exploration.
