My aim is to empower you on your path towards growth, healing, and self-discovery. Whatever your therapy goals are, together we can explore and help you build a more meaningful and balanced life. My approach blends new wave holistic techniques and clinically proven practices with consideration for how you have been impacted by biological, psychological, and social influences. My therapeutic modalities include: person-centered therapy, Somatic Therapy and Narrative Therapy. I have experience in mental health crisis treatment, sexual trauma advocacy, and community outreach as well.
Utilizing a mindful and multicultural foundation, I work with teens and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, identity development, relationship concerns and trauma recovery. I specialize in working with college students and have expertise in supporting individuals who identify in the ENM/LGBTQIA+ community. I find it a great honor to guide my clients.
