Is anxiety or trauma leaving you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck? I support women and LGBTQIA+ folks who are navigating anxiety, trauma, and chronic stress. My work is grounded in somatic therapy, an approach that focuses on how experiences live in the body and nervous system, not just in our thoughts. We will work together to build internal safety so your nervous system can begin to release patterns of overwhelm and protection that no longer serve you.
In our work, we gently support emotional processing while helping your nervous system find more balance and regulation.
I specialize in somatic, trauma-informed therapy for women and LGBTQIA+ folks. I help clients regulate their nervous system, build self-connection, and move toward values-aligned living in a warm, queer-affirming space. My approach is collaborative and body-based, supporting clients in building trust with themselves and healing past wounds.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but don't let anything stop you from getting the care you need and deserve. I provide online therapy for folks in Georgia. My scheduling site is easy and flexible. Visit my website or email me to schedule a free 15-minute chat, and we’ll see if we’re a good match!
