I serve individuals, couples and families, during both difficult and exciting life changes: parenting, family conflict & growth, addiction recovery, exploration of gender & sexuality, and those big mid-to-late life transitions that no one prepares us for (primary relationship changes, empty nest, aging, peri-menopause, caregiving, existential angst). I am deeply committed to social justice and honoring the differences that make us who we are.

Our conversation is collaborative and alive; together we find a path, e.g. from scared & stuck to connected & creative. Using words, images, and somatic attunement, we explore your connections to other human beings and to the inner parts of yourself that can hinder or help you. If you wish to investigate a difficult past along the way, I will be with you.
