I believe strongly that we each have deeply rooted wisdom that helps us survive and grow. By coming to trust our wisdom and intuition we establish a strong foundation of learning to navigate an ever-changing world. My role is to witness and enter into this process with you as a guide into the unknown through healing exploration. When we can be compassionately curious with ourselves, the stored/protected unconscious begins to emerge and we then have the opportunity to practice new ways of being in the world that feel good to us. Healing is the process of creating space for and integrating aspects of ourselves that need honoring.
I work with adults who want to free their stuck life force energy through somatic exploration and expression, working with wounded inner-children, and play. I particularly enjoy working with intuitive/sensitive folks open to delving into the beautiful, brilliant, and complex elements of themselves. I immensely enjoy working with artists, healers, educators.
