Surf Therapy is provided by a licensed mental health professional + experienced surf instructors. Surfing itself is widely known to calm the mind, body and spirit. Surf Therapy aims to unlock the nervous system while surfing for 1 hour, then participants will sit on the beach and talk. Participants who would benefit most are those who are "going through something"... feeling stuck, having issues adjusting to a life change/circumstance. MUST BE ABLE TO SWIM IN THE OCEAN.
