As an Indigenous therapist, my objective is to provide culturally sensitive and holistic healing. Drawing from a deep understanding of traditions, values, and intergenerational experiences, my aim is to cultivate a safe, and supportive space where individuals embark on a journey of self-discovery, and transformation; feeling seen, heard, and valued. I offer support to those prepared to navigate various challenges, including intergenerational trauma, relational skill building, motherhood, life transitions, spiritual exploration, grief/ loss. I believe that everyone is the expert of their own healing journey, and I serve as a guide.

My goal is to access your innate healing power, reclaim ancestral knowledge, and build skills to increase resilience in the mind, body and spirit. We possess the power to co-create our desired future together through gratitude and compassion.

I approach this journey with the intention of unlocking each individual's unique innate healing capabilities. Fostering wellness not only for ourselves, but for the future generations to come.
