Techniques I specialize in include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing(EMDR), Brainspotting, Grief Processing, and Strength-based interventions.
My treatment philosophy is that the most successful interventions and outcomes include working collaboratively with clients and their families to identify a treatment plan and approach that works best for them.
