My work experience includes helping families, children, and adults with a variety of unexpected and unwanted twists, along with common life challenges. Some of which are adults seeking to become unstuck from their family of origin thinking-emotions and behavior patterns; trauma and stress-inducing events that may be negatively impacting how you do life right now; parenting struggles, and working through unwanted addiction/s.
