About
Hello, my name is Roseli Godoy-Doty. My passion is to help individuals, couples and families to improve their relationships with themselves and others. Sometimes we may feel hurt, lost or stuck and seeking professional help may feel a bit intimidating. However, it is the first step to change all that. So, I encourage you to give me a call so that we can determine if we are a good fit for each other, and if so, I will walk you through the process of how you can start your first session. Your introductory call is free of charge and it will help us to identify how I can best help you. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
My approach is non judgmental and collaborative. I use different theories/ models and techniques to help my clients, as I believe every one is unique. When helping couples, my favorite model is the Gottman’s couples therapy; I am trained in the level one and am currently taking level two. I also provide services in Spanish and Portuguese.
