I have been in practice for the past twenty five years and I specialize working with individuals, couples, and families. For five years I successfully managed an outpatient clinic for children and families with Catholic Charities in Carroll County. I held the key positions of Clinical Supervisor and Program Director. My decision to build a full time private practice was made after numerous years of client satisfaction. I am committed to helping people achieve their goals and transform their lives.

I work towards addressing current symptoms and finding relief for emotional pain. The focus then evolves towards the development of insight and self awareness.
I have extensive experience working with issues such as; anxiety, relationships, addictions, self-esteem and major life transitions. I have advanced training in premarital couples therapy. I am nationally certified with an addictions specialization and I am also a certified life coach. I work towards addressing current symptoms and developing solutions.
