I provide individual, family and couples/marital counseling to a variety of clientele with issues often stemming from childhood trauma and attachment injuries in their relationships. Many of the people who see me are dealing with depression, anxiety, or posttraumatic stress in addition to challenges that have arisen in their current interpersonal relationships. I enjoy working with children from age 10 and up as well as adults. I have more than 15 years experience working with people and I provide in person as well as telehealth appointments. I have been trained in Family Systems theory, I am trauma informed, and have completed courses in mindfulness, DBT, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies. Aside from these theoretical approaches, I focus on my relationship with my clients and prioritize building trust and connection.
