I use an eclectic approach, combining elements from multiple practice modalities to suit your needs. I often draw from humanistic psychology, systems theory, and existentialism in the exploration of self, addressing barriers to living the authentic life you want. I offer "walk and talk" therapy in-person when appropriate. I don't use any AI-powered tools.
I prioritize empathy, establishing safety, compassion, and building a strong rapport and therapeutic relationship to facilitate positive change.
