I want to invite you to start the journey of self-discovery, of healing, and finding your path in this life. It could be scary but is so worth it! My approach is trauma-informed and client-centered.I am trained in EMDR therapy and IFS level 1. I also love to work with ADHD, specifically for adults who been diagnosed later in life.I believe in authentic human connections above everything else. As your therapist, you can count on me to be supportive and help you find your inner strength.
