I join my clients in their healing process that addresses emotional disturbances, trauma and intergenerational issues. We take a close look at the sense of belonging, what is out of order, and we work on restoring the balance in the client's life among other things.
We will look into physical manifestations of emotions in your body. For instance, some of my clients report heaviness in their shoulders or having a knot in their stomachs. We will work on connecting to the feelings underneath and on their release.
