I am a strong believer in the quote, "Be yourself; everyone else is taken." In a world marked by constant change and societal pressures, the quote serves as a reassuring reminder that our most authentic self is our greatest gift. I aim to create a safe space to explore your thoughts and emotions, all while helping you to navigate along your personal journey. In our shared commitment, we will center around identifying areas where change is desired, setting attainable goals, and implementing strategies that propel you towards the positive outcomes you seek.
I use a combination of Mindfulness, Solution-Focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help individuals find their true self without being bound by what society dictates. I believe therapy offers an objective relationship between the client and therapist which helps each client utilize their own strengths in order to find purpose and meaning in life.
Through empathy, open-mindedness, and taking each client's unique cultural perspective into consideration, I hope to build a collaborative relationship with my clients to help them break unhelpful thinking patterns and facilitate positive changes to improve overall life satisfaction.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Skill Group

This 13-week adolescents group program is designed to help individuals develop coping skills and strategies for managing painful emotions, improving interpersonal relationships, tolerating distress/overwhelm, handling conflict, and achieving a better quality of life! In group, we cover DBT's four modules: emotional regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness. Our collaborative, non-judgmental environment helps participants feel understood and supported, fostering a sense of belonging and connection. We are in network with most insurers. Our Grief Support Group offers a safe and empathetic space for individuals who have experienced the pain of losing a loved one. Join us as we journey together towards healing, understanding, and renewed hope. We are in network with most insurers. Without insurance, we honor a sliding scale fee of $30 per session.
