I work primarily with trauma and cult survivors who are ready to move beyond survival mode. Many of my clients struggle with hypervigilance, anxiety, identity confusion, or lingering shame after coercive or abusive experiences.

Healing begins with safety. We start by calming and stabilizing the nervous system before exploring the patterns and relational dynamics that shaped your story. I balance reflective processing with practical tools, offering both steady presence and structured guidance when needed. EMDR therapy and In-Person sessions will soon be available.
