I enjoy working with couples using Emotion Focused Couples Therapy. I also enjoy providing therapy for individual adults using Emotion Focused Individual Therapy. I have experience in helping those facing relationship distress, grief, depression, anxiety, abuse, trauma, spirituality, and life transitions.
I am a Christian who believes that all people have dignity and value. I am interested in working with the whole person: emotional, physical, relational, mental, and spiritual.
