I first want to acknowledge that taking steps to engage in the therapeutic process takes bravery and I am so excited that you are considering doing this work with me. I am a creative and adaptive therapist that sees ability and self determination in all people. I am honored to be a part of your journey as we celebrate and explore the complex beauty of all of your identities. I have worked with clients with unique needs and developmental differences. I also have worked with families by exploring their strengths and identifying how they want to parent differently through understanding and changing their narrative.
I believe that individuals possess resilience and resourcefulness to live a full and authentic life. I use a blend of therapeutic approaches that are relational, person-centered and trauma-informed. I enjoy working with people living life with complex trauma, depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress, autism and other brain differences.
I love using humor and art in therapy sessions. I don’t take myself too seriously and love learning about others' intense interests and bringing those into our work together. I specializes in using AIR Network therapy and a narrative approach. When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time exploring new recipes and finding adventures.
