I primarily utilize EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). Years ago, I engaged in this process. I experienced huge internal changes. That outcome shifted my perspectives, enabling an internal sense of well-being regardless of circumstances. We can integrate Christian values into our time together upon request.

Since that shift, I have become highly motivated to use EMDR. The word most of my clients use to describe this process is "weird."
