I am a therapist with ADHD and love working with others in this club. I collaborate with clients to identify what strategies are truly effective instead of those that bring on more shame, as well as to amplify the strengths that are hidden beneath a sometimes chaotic surface. I am passionate about transforming your sense of self and helping you shine.

Embrace Your ADHD
Join an affirming, inclusive, validating, and fun virtual space. Navigating a neurotypical world with a neurodivergent brain can feel isolating and demoralizing. You don't have to figure this out alone! Our small group of fellow ADHDers will meet weekly for 6 weeks. Each session will be a mix of strategies you can put to use right away, coaching and peer support around current struggle areas of individual members, and being reminded by others that it really isn't just you.
