The foundation of my practice lies in open acceptance, while accompanying you on a path to growth and peace in your daily life. I focus on resiliency and trauma based care, striving for holistic healing and growth, while finding joy and meaning together. My passion is in exploring nature based therapy modules and trauma informed practices. I have worked for over 20 years in community based projects, ranging from children and families navigating immigration and legal systems, to school social work and hospice care. In addition, I've worked with adults and children on the autism spectrum and those identifying as neurodiverse.
My approach is in helping people develop perspective on past life experiences while striving to live more fully in the present moment. Navigating the ebbs and flows of life, complete with struggles and joys, inform our therapeutic relationship. I utilize mindfulness practices based on my personal experience and am happy to share these with others.
