I am a certified trauma therapist, specializing in cognitive, mindfulness, and transpersonal therapy. In addition, I am a certified in hypnotherapy, trauma, Archetypal Pattern Analysis (a Jungian approach), and EMDR. I utilize these techniques to facilitate your recovery.
I expect my clients to put forth effort, perseverance and persistence. Trauma is not permanent. There is nothing about recovery that is beyond the ability to achieve. There are no "easy" buttons in my office. I can give you the map and walk with you down your path of discovery but I can't walk it for you. I don't make the rules, but I know how they work.
