I’m a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist (RMFT) passionate about helping individuals, couples, children, and families build stronger, healthier relationships. I know firsthand that many parents and children struggle to identify and understand big emotions, which can lead to frustration, disconnection, and challenges in daily life. Too often, couples feel the strain of navigating different life stages while balancing parenting, personal needs, and their relationship.
I support families in learning to recognize emotions and integrate them in ways that align with each child’s developmental stage. With couples, I provide tools to strengthen communication, foster connection, and maintain a healthy partnership while adapting to life’s transitions. I offer clients practical and compassionate support using CBT, CCPT, and SFT.
The goal is to help Parents and children gain confidence in handling emotions together, reducing conflict and strengthening their bond. Couples develop deeper trust and resilience, allowing them to navigate life’s challenges with more harmony and connection.
