Hello. I have 30 plus years experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Psychotherapist. I assist people of all ages and backgrounds achieve greater happiness and wellbeing in their daily lives. My office provides a private, comfortable, safe, and inclusive environment for individuals, couples and families. I employ an Integrative Therapy approach to address the unique needs of each person. I am trained in short term and long term counseling and psychotherapy modalities.
I assist people in healing from a wide range of personal and psychological concerns, including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, grief, parenting issues, life transitions, relationship stressors, school conflicts, behavioral issues, low self esteem and self worth, self harm, trauma, and PTSD, impaired sleep, ADHD and unhealthy eating patterns.

Appointments can be scheduled for either in person or via Telehealth video for New York State residents. I am additionally registered as a Telehealth provider in the State of Florida and provide Telehealth video appointments for Florida residents and visitors.
