About
During this time of high uncertainty & unrest, are you feeling overwhelmed and anxious? You are not alone! Throughout your life, you are called to cope with life's hiccups, demands, frenetic pace by taking a deep breath, staying calm, going to the gym, spending time with family and friends, engrossing yourself at work & distracting yourself with routines. Your world as you knew it, is shifting beneath your feet & your capacity to cope may be stretched. You may find yourself digging deep to find your inner strength, implementing new ways to cope, searching for creative ways to stay connected and sometimes, it’s just not enough.
As a psychotherapist for 30+ years, in private practice and as part of an oncology medical team, I’m here to help you face your challenges with a restored sense of balance & inner confidence. Together, we will explore ways to respond to what is in front of you with proven strategies that bring you back to center.
With formalized Mind-Body Medical Institute training, I offer online evidenced based individual therapy & stress management courses. You will learn quick, easy, and portable relaxation techniques, apply research tested coping tools to elicit a sense of calm during a time of unrest and improve your overall sense of wellness.
