I specialize in helping teen girls and women (ages 13–18) find real relief from anxiety, depression and self-harm behaviors.
Many of the people I work with arrive feeling stuck, hopeless, or ashamed that they are not feeling better. My goal is to help you move from that place to one where you feel heard, supported, and equipped with tools that make a difference in your daily life. Together we uncover depression's drivers and build custom strategies.
