I believe in our innate capacity to grow and heal. Sometimes we need a little help along the way. I support that process with compassion, acceptance, and respect. I am most passionate about working with those struggling with relational or complex trauma, attachment issues, self-worth, shame, addictions, and parenting.
Deep connection to nature, to the self, and to others, is a large part of my personal and professional philosophies. To that end, I offer Walk + Talk therapy sessions for those that prefer to be outside in nature to explore their inner awareness. Indoors or out, self-awareness, self-expression, and self-care are the paths for healing I'd explore with you.
Alongside traditional talk therapy, I work from a humanistic and somatic framework that explores the mind-body connection as it relates to your hopes for reconnecting with your truest nature.
