Currently accepting new clients. Have openings for both in-person and telehealth. My approach to therapy is flexible and collaborative as I work with clients to develop a greater understanding of themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that are contributing to them feeling stuck. I am experienced in working with adults experiencing anxiety and depression, difficult life transitions, relationship issues, self-esteem issues as well as women experiencing perinatal emotional complications. I also enjoy working with new parents.
I am an active, warm and genuine listener who takes a collaborative approach to help you identify patterns of functioning that may hinder change, happiness and success. I have over 18 years of experience with adults, young adults and adolescents. I incorporate elements of CBT, ACT, Mindfulness, and Self-compassion techniques into my work.
