Have you gotten a recent medical diagnosis and you aren't sure what comes next? I specialize in working with clients with chronic illnesses such as diabetes, autoimmune & rheumatological disorders, chronic pain & more. I have experience in helping clients learn how to identify their wants and needs and how to communicate them to providers.
I became a counselor because I understand how frustrating it can feel to not be heard or understood by people in your life on your journey towards wellness. I am kink and LGBQTIA+ friendly, no judgement here! I feel an environment that is full of empathy, engagement, and safety is the best way to start this journey.
