My clinical background includes community behavioral health, school-based therapy and behavioral support, domestic violence group facilitator, recovery court treatment provider, and working with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Behavior Support, Nurtured Heart Approach, and Mindfulness.
I view therapy as a collaborative process and believe you are the expert of your own life. You know your experiences, your history, and your story better than anyone else. My role is not to define your journey, but to walk alongside you and provide a safe, supportive, and neutral space where we can explore the experiences that bring you to therapy.
