About Me
I work with Children, teens, Adults and families around challenges such as anxiety, depression trauma, grief and loss, and attention difficulties. I understand that the struggles we face can sometimes feel overwhelming and difficult to make sense of, and I believe in creating a safe and supportive space where healing can begin.
In therapy I work closely with children's parents/guardians to strengthen attachment, support their emotional regulation, build coping skills and improve the day-to-day functioning.
With children and teens, I focus on helping them build awareness of their feelings and develop tools to manage life's challenges and create pathways to heal from their trauma.
Sometimes the challenges we face are difficult to understand and manage. I am dedicated to holding the complexity of the stories that are shared and offer support as people work towards greater well-being and healing.
