After receiving my graduate degree from the Silberman School of CUNY, I pursued intensive training at the institute for Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral treatments and EMDR. This intensive training gives me a unique understanding to facilitate exploration, mindfulness techniques, emotional regulation skills and overall improvement.
