My therapy style emphasizes a sense of equality between the client and clinician. I utilize Dialectical and Behavioral Therapy (DBT) as the backbone of my therapeutic interactions. DBT is the gold star treatment for persons struggling with interpersonal effectiveness, distress tolerance, and emotion regulation.
