My experience in working with teens & adults struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and loss. Each client receives a unique approach specific to their needs. My therapeutic approach is to integrate a variety of modalities to help you connect with your healthiest self, I utilize trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches with clients.
