Are you feeling disconnected, anxious, overwhelmed, having racing thoughts, seeking to understand yourself better? Therapy is a journey into oneself, a process of exploration and discovery leading to greater personal insight and fulfillment. I am a mature therapist who works with a diverse range of adults, with a focus on trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, as well as relationship, parenting, life transition, and self esteem issues. I specialize in working with survivors of childhood abuse and domestic violence. With empathy, compassion, humor, and a non-judgmental ear, I’ll accompany and guide you through your unique journey.

My therapeutic approach is psychodynamic which is insight- oriented and involves identifying patterns and effects of the past on the present. However, I am not a “one size fits all” therapist. I integrate various approaches depending on your needs. (e.g. Cognitive Behavioral, Mindfulness, Attachment-based, and Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy).
