I have extensive experience working with teens and young adults, including those in the LGBTQ+ community, who are coping with trauma, depression, and anxiety. Some may self-injure, use substances, or feel overwhelmed by suicidal thoughts. I also work with families and parents who want to better support their child through these challenges. I provide a safe, affirming space where healing feels possible, and both young people and their families feel supported.
I help people heal from complex and relational trauma, strengthen family connections, and feel truly understood. I also support clients through life transitions such as college or career changes, and I work with families to navigate the challenges of social media use.
I believe everyone is doing the best they can with the tools they have. I have over 10 years of working with families, teens, and young adults who are navigating complex dynamics, and deeply need to feel seen and valued.
If you're ready to feel more grounded in who you are and to build more connected relationships, I’d love to meet you.
