In my practice, I help clients with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, grief, family stress, educational/vocational issues, and relationship conflict. I provide therapy to families and couples, as well as young adults and teens. I like to work collaboratively with clients to identify issues and help bring relief from relationship conflicts, negative emotions, and life stressors and transitions.
I have specific experience and background in working with emotional and neuro-intensity, giftedness, and twice exceptional populations. I support clients who navigate the world in a unique way, and have a collaborative approach to therapy (e.g. CBT, Somatic, Family Systems, Cultural/Trauma Informed , Spanish Language) depending on client style and need.
I approach therapy with sensitivity and respect for you and a sense of compassion for your unique experiences, strengths, and challenges. I look forward to talking with you to see how we may be able to work together.
