With over 15 years of experience, I provide strategies that have been proven to work in a supportive environment and am confident I have the skills to help you reach your goals. I am trained in EMDR, a therapy effective in healing trauma, as well as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, the preferred treatment for mood and anxiety issues.
