Hello! I am Suzanne Ponsioen, a mental health therapist and a death doula. I use the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model to help you explore the "parts" of yourself navigating trauma, illness, anxiety or depression. From processing past wounds or the complexities of end-of-life, I provide a space to cultivate "Self" leadership. Together, we’ll work to restore intimacy, integrate grief, and ensure your dignity remains at the center.
