With several decades of experience with recovery-based issues, I work with individuals who are in recovery but feel as though they have emotionally “hit a wall”. If this describes you, you know what I am talking about. You have tried everything you know to do, but are still in a slump. Your body doesn't lie. Your pain is real. In addition, I help couples who feel hopelessly stuck in the power struggle that so often occurs in relationships after the honeymoon phase. And, I work with clients and professionals who wish to experience personally or learn professionally about the dynamic, creative and healing process of psychodrama.

If you have tried everything and are still stuck, I have a way out. I am trained in bioenergetic analysis which incorporates body-based emotional expression and integration. Together we will slowly and gently unravel trauma which may be contributing to your symptoms. I will help you find your voice and enable you to live the life you were meant to live.

I can help those in recovery move through despair to joy. I can help couples learn to communicate in a way that facilitates safety, connection and rekindles that first intimate love. New Women’s Therapy Group Starting September 2026! Are you looking to enhance your recovery, experience more support, create a safe space, or move forward in your life? This women’s group will combine traditional talk therapy with somatic exercises and psychodrama techniques to help you explore family of origin issues, work through unresolved past events or simply address what is going on in your life today. Because emotional safety and pacing will be foundational to the group climate, members will be invited but not required to participate in an actual psychodrama; most members receive many benefits from identification and sharing with the group members.
