In the most empathetic way, I am going to challenge your thinking so you start to feel better.
My Masters Degree in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Psychology has prepared me to counsel without preconceived notions or assumptions, and to work with a person or couple in the moment to help them ground, gain insight and reduce stress.
