I want to help people manage their sadness, anxiety, stress, grief, so they can live their best lives. Therapy allows me to help guide them through the use of various modalities/techniques, educating, providing coping skills, and much more. I also love the collaborative aspect, working together to set and reach goals. I encourage my clients to share what they've learned with friends/family so they can benefit as well.

I am very caring, treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, using techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational interviewing and Mindfulness to help you reach your goals.
