In our lives, we walk a path with many challenges and trials. Through the therapy, I provide, we will explore your life choices, negative patterns and seek to create positive resolve. For over 20 years, I have provided therapy, which has helped adults and children overcome the trauma of separation, divorce, neglect, abuse, loss along with the need for acceptance. My clients often reveal a discovery of inner strength and personal specialness as they learn to value, who they are and who they want to become.
As a psychotherapist, I believe our life choices originate in our emotional world. With the utilization of the expressive arts, dream interpretation and talk therapy the doors to self-understanding will be opened, inspiration will be found and strength in commitment to a positive life will be gifted.
As a humanist, my focus is on future mindfulness... I believe, journeying in life; healing oneself is part of self creation... Thus committing oneself to healing and seeking and finding your best self is largest part of one's life's journey.
