With over 16 years of social work experience in a variety of healthcare settings, I have seen the impact that stress, anxiety and depression can have on one's overall health. I work with clients to address those stressors so they can enjoy life again. I have experience supporting young professionals manage the challenge of work / life balance. And, for older adults, I provide support adjusting to the changes that come with aging so that they continue to live a fullfilling, happy, life. I have specific experience in Palliative Care working with clients and their families to make the hard decisions that come at the end of life.
Therapy is a partnership in which the client has the space and support to share their story without judgement. My approach is to hear your story through a positive lens and help you uncover your strengths while addressing the challenges that may be in your way.
