Taking that first step to reach out for therapy is sometimes the hardest part. Taking care of yourself is so important, especially if your norm is putting everyone else first, and I am here to help. I specialize in therapy for trauma, as well as anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, stress, and many other areas. No matter what your circumstances are, I will do my best to be here for you, to assist with navigating whatever you may be facing. Please don't hesitate to reach out.
I strongly believe in a partnership between therapist and client, and creating a relationship that feels safe and comfortable so that the therapy can be successful.
I welcome all clients regardless of background or circumstances. The majority of my experience is working with trauma and PTSD, including people with multiple traumas from different stages of life, also sometimes called complex PTSD. Some of the interventions I offer include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy.
