I am a licensed professional counselor, certified in EMDR with 12+ years of experience in providing counseling to adults and couples of all ages. I strive to empower clients to find their own inner strengths to overcome obstacles in life; and to provide resources to assist in the healing process. My focus includes adult/childhood trauma, PTSD, grief/loss, life transitions, depression, anxiety, family-of-origin issues, and self-esteem difficulties. I use the Gottman approach and other modalities as needed to get the best results. I believe that spirituality is a strength.
I am a trauma-informed and certified EMDR therapist. I love that the mind can heal naturally! I have had rich, life experience and use a mixture of counseling tools to fit the needs of each particular client. I want to meet your goals in the most efficient manner!
