I help adults recovering from Trauma and PTSD and Codependency. My practice integrates many avenues of treatment for the whole person: mind, emotions, body and spirit. This includes mindfulness, talk , IFS, EMDR and body-based therapies. I offer an accepting and safe environment for healing.
It is possible to find freedom and healing. Together we will explore how this all started, release what holds you back, and learn new skills.
