Why is it that we make appointments to take care of our physical health, but we seem to ignore our mental health? I have experience working with childhood trauma, sexual and emotional abuse, PTSD, Anxiety, and Depression, as well as clients who identify as LGBTQIA+. I am compassionate and nonjudgmental, believing that meeting my clients where they are means having the responsibility of creating an atmosphere where they will feel safe, respected, and heard.
