I enjoy working with clients who wish to develop awareness of the messages that they have internalized and the patterns that have become self-limiting and dysfunctional. I assist them in learning to become more intentional regarding their choices on the way to navigating toward greater self-realization, healthier relationships, and enhanced life satisfaction. I also enjoy working with couples who wish to gain insight into all that they bring to their relationship, to enhance trust and intimacy, and to learn to communicate respectfully and with compassion for each other.
I work with clients to address depression, anxiety, grief, histories of abuse and family dysfunction, and relationship issues. I utilize a variety of techniques, always working to customize my approach to each individual needs. My approach is influenced by psychodynamic, client-centered, cognitive-behavioral, systems, and attachment theories.
