I am experienced in working with persons in surviving grief, personal issues, PTSD, low self esteem, communication problems, and marriage issues. I have worked with individuals and groups in the areas of substance abuse, boundaries, alternative coping strategies, spirituality, fear and anxiety, anger management, self esteem issues, acceptance and codependence. I am licensed to practice independently by the State of Louisiana. I hold a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor credential.
I take a personal interest in your case and feel that every person should be heard and validated. I use an eclectic approach and have gained many tools in my experience as a counselor. I believe there is no "one size fits all" approach and each client's needs are as unique as they are.
